This simple slaw is quick, creamy and spicy!

Quick Creamy Taco Slaw

Ingredients

  • 3 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded purple cabbage
  • 5-6 scallions thinly sliced (white and some green)
  • ½ cup plain 2% Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 Tablespoon honey (to taste)
  • 1-2 teaspoons Sriracha mayonnaise or hot sauce, to taste
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, honey, lime juice, Sriracha mayonnaise, and salt and pepper in a small bowl. Mix together cabbages and scallions in a medium bowl. Toss the dressing with the vegetables. Adjust seasonings. Serve with fish tacos.
