What is patriotism, but the love of the food one ate as a child?

When I was a child, I wanted to climb inside the pages of Ideals Magazine.

Could it be that some of the photographs I frame now are sheer recollections of dwelling there?

I continue to be grateful for you, who take a moment to read my blog,

comment, encourage and pray for our family.

Thanks for stopping by, now get back in the kitchen; you have memories to make.

Where are you feasting tomorrow?

We are all so blessed with wonderful memories and more to be made. Tom and I are looking forward to a quiet day with just the two of us – and lots of good food. Pie is done, turkey is ready, stuffing is next. Hugs and blessings to you, Bob, the kids and grandkids. Have a wonderful day tomorrow. I know it will smell good in Costa Mesa, especially at the Lunde home.

Ah, Sweet it will be. Last year Bob and I were here alone too. Ty was working so we had Thanksgiving on Friday—Such is the life of a firefighter family. Right?
      Abundant Blessings returned 🙂
